We offer a wide range of fabrics. Each piece that we manufacture in every category is distinct in terms of colors and prints. We offer more than 90 ground cloths, stocked and available on a cloth and print basis. Through close associations with all of our woven cloth suppliers we are able to procure and develop existing & new fabrics. Most fabrics are available in narrow & wide widths.

Amongst this wide assortment are plain cottons of many weights, satins, linen unions, dobbies, jacquards & voiles. Increasingly more in demand is our Viscose Crepe specially woven by us with high twist yarn of about 2100 twists per inch to obtain a fabric with crepy feel & a good drape.

Dyeing

Fabrics are mainly dyed using reactive, disperse & acid colors or a combination of these depending on substrate.

Our dye house is equipped with 2 sample winches, 6 winches, 14 jiggers, 2 jet dyeing machines & a pad-batch range together with a float dryer. We have an installed dyeing capacity of over 60,000 mts per day.

Printing

Our experienced team operates some of the most modern and flexible machines in the industry, capable of printing the most complex designs. We can print up to 16 colours on rotary, and up to 10 colours at a nominal one-metre repeat on flatbed screen printing machine.

We are equipped with Rotary & Flat-Bed fully automatic printing machines, & Conventional Tables for engineered and delicate prints which is all supported by a continuous loop ager, star ager, pressure ager & a curing chamber.

We are specialists in vat discharge printing on cottons, viscose & silks; disperse on polyester & nylons, besides pigment & pigment discharge printing on cotton viscose & silks

Our prints vary from floral, geometric , paisley, skin / animal prints to traditional ethnic prints & embroideries.

Garments

We are now a completely vertically intergrated company. All the fabrics which are processed can also be converted into garments. We have now diversified into the business of garment manufacturing & are also expediting custom orders. Clients who were formerely purchasing fabrics from us are now moving one step ahead to save labor costs by offshore development of garments. A variety of garments can be produced with custom accesories, quality checked, packed, and ready for delivery, sent directly to our clients' stores or wherehouses worldwide. Manual checking is done for all the lots through qualified and highly skilled manpower yielding immaculate goods dispatch.
